How to check JetBlue flight status?

  1. Open a browser and type https://www.jetblue.com/flight-tracker-and-status.
  2. Enter the Flight number or Departure and Arrival City or Airport and Departure date.
  3. Click Check status to check JetBlue flight status.

Flight Check-in

Eligible passengers can check in online up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.

  • Enter your First Name and Last Name.
  • Enter your booking details (Confirmation Code, Flight Number, or Ticket Number).
  • Click “Find flights” to proceed to check-in.

Delays and Cancellations

If a JetBlue flight is canceled by the airline, passengers with confirmed reservations at the time of cancellation have the following options:

  • Travel on the next available JetBlue flight without any additional charges.
  • Receive a JetBlue travel credit for future use.
  • If rebooking cannot be arranged within 2 hours (120 minutes), request a refund to the original form of payment.

Flights canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled departure are eligible for compensation under JetBlue’s Customer Bill of Rights.

Passengers who choose to change or cancel their reservations before the scheduled flight will be subject to the fare rules, which may include the issuance of a JetBlue travel credit.

Schedule Changes

If JetBlue makes changes to a passenger’s flight schedule, the available options depend on the extent of the change:

  • Changes of 60 minutes or less:
    • Additional voluntary changes may result in fare increases and applicable fees.
    • Flights eligible for current fee waivers can be changed or canceled without incurring a fee.
  • Changes between 61 and 119 minutes:
    • Passengers can travel on another JetBlue flight on the same day, the day prior, or the day after the original flight at no additional charge.
    • Alternatively, they may choose to cancel the flight and receive a JetBlue travel credit.
  • Changes of 2 hours or more (120+ minutes):
    • Passengers can travel on another JetBlue flight within 7 days before or after the original flight at no additional charge.
    • Alternatively, they may choose to cancel the flight and receive a JetBlue travel credit or a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Change from nonstop to connecting/stopover flight:
    • Passengers can travel on another JetBlue flight within 7 days before or after the original flight at no additional charge.
    • Alternatively, they may choose to cancel the flight and receive a JetBlue travel credit or a refund to the original form of payment.
