Cancellations:
If a flight is canceled, passengers can choose from the following options, each with associated costs or potential rebates:
- Switch to another available flight through the Manage Bookings section.
- Opt for a voucher equivalent to the full value of your booking, valid for 12 months.
- Request a full refund to the account used for the original booking
